Our cookies are individually sealed and stay fresh for 2 weeks.
Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?
Two of our flavors contain nuts. Our White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and out Peanut Butter flavors.
Please note: Our cookies are prepared in a facility where peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, and wheat are present and our cookies may have come in contact with those substances.
If you have allergies to any of the above we suggest avoiding our cookies to ensure safety.

Do your cookies break during shipping?
No, our cookies are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the event there is an issue, please contact our support team.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
